SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

We are so excited for you to receive your Nine the Label garments so we promise to work hard to dispatch within 24 hours of receiving your order (excludes weekends and major holidays).

We are a small independently run business, so please note that delivery times should be used as an estimated guide and begin from the date of dispatch.
 

We currently only offer the following shipping service:

Standard UK Delivery (First Class) - £6.50 - Please allow 3 - 4 working days for delivery from dispatch.

For any items listed as 'Pre-Order', please expect circa 4 week wait. Hopefully you won't need to wait as long as this, thank you for your patience.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

We are now accepting international orders! Please note:

*Taxes and customs charges may be applicable on orders from outside the UK. The rate thresholds of these charges differ from country to country, and are set by your local government. Nine the Label is not responsible for any additional taxes and custom charges that are payable during the shipment of your order.

*These charges will be payable on arrival and will not be charged at the checkout. We recommend contacting your local customs authorities for details on your tax/duties threshold before you commit to purchase.

*If a package is rejected due to fees not being paid and the package is returned to us with fees to pay, they will be deducted from the refund amount along with original shipping costs.

ALL CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE:

*Customers are responsible for providing the correct contact number, email address & postal address. We are not responsible if the delivery address is incorrect. 

*Shipping costs are non-refundable.

* We are not responsible for packages that may become lost in transit. It is the responsibility of the receiver to locate packages. We will, however, do everything in our power to assist you. 

*If you have entered the wrong shipping address or phone number on your order and the carrier cannot deliver to you, you must notify us as soon as possible. 

*If your items are lost or delivery attempts have been made and you have failed to claim the parcel from your local depot or post office, unfortunately we cannot refund you until the products have been returned to us. Once we receive the items back, if you would still like the products, we will re-dispatch the products but there will be an additional charge for re-shipping.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept returns within 14 days, starting from the day your order was delivered.

​

If for any reason you wish to return your Nine the Label garment, please drop us an email at customerservice@ninethelabel.com with the order confirmation attached, the name and size of the garment/s you’d like to return and the reason for the return clearly specified and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

We only offer refunds on full priced items and will not accept a return on any items in the sale.​

If accepted, you will be offered a full refund to your original form of payment. Please note your original shipping charges are not refunded & the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend a signed for service as we do not accept liability for lost parcels & returns must be sent within 5 business days of the email confirmation of your return.

Products must be returned in an unused, unworn, unwashed condition with original tags to qualify for a return.

​

We quality check every single garment before they get sent out to you which means you will never receive a damaged item of clothing. In the case that the item of clothing is damaged in transit, we are unable to refund you but will try our best to help you contact the courier to deal with this. 

In the case of incorrectly supplied goods, we may offer you a replacement product or refund & will cover all shipping costs within 14 days of receipt.

Please note that returns can take 3 working days to process & then a further 7-10 days for the money to appear in your bank account depending on your payment provider.

​

Unfortunately we do not accept returns on pre-ordered items.
