FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • How do I work out what size I should order?
    Please refer to our size chart here. As a note, measurements are taken in cm and while the garment is lying flat, so some measurements (ie. waist, chest etc) will need to be doubled to determine their circumference. Specific fit details can be found in the details section of each product along with the models sizing to help make your decision easier. If you have more specific sizing questions, we can answer them! Drop us a note at customerservice@ninethelabel.com
  • Will you be restocking if the garment sells out?
    Nine the Label is committed to being as sustainable as possible and for this reason we only produce small quantities to avoid waste. Once the products have sold out, there will be no restocking unless we have see there is a demand to make more, in which case we will make more on a made to order basis. For our AW22 collection we have only produced a total of 120 pieces which makes the garments really exclusive. We hope you are one of the lucky ones who managed to grab one before they sell out! We can not accept returns on any made to order pieces.
  • What countries do you ship to?
    We ship internationally! If you have any problems at checkout when selecting your country, please email customerservice@ninethelabel.com with your order and size and we will get back to you on next steps.
  • What are Nine the Label doing to be a sustainable brand?
    We know that sustainability and fashion don’t always go hand in hand, we are therefore aware that we will never be a fully sustainable brand however we are committed to being as sustainable and responsible as possible. Here are a few things we are doing: * We keep our collection launches to 2 per year (SS and AW) which keeps our transport and emissions to a minimum. * The pieces themselves are designed to be timeless, classic and transitional pieces that will stay in your wardrobe for years to come. * We produce very small quantities with the aim to sell out and therefore avoid wastage. * Our mailer bags are 100% recyclable. As our brand grows, we will continue to find ways to be more sustainable and keep our customers updated on our journey.
  • Where can I rent your pieces?
    You can currently rent our styles with John Lewis!
  • How soon after I place my order will I receive my garment?
    We dispatch all orders within 48 hours of the order being placed. We offer Standard delivery (3-4 working days). When your item has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking number.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards & Paypal.
  • I want an exchange or refund, what should I do?

  • How long does it take to receive a pre-order?
    Turn around time is 4-5 weeks. If it will be any later than this we will communicate this with you. We can't accept returns on pre-ordered items as they are made to order.
